Shipping

Orders ship within 48-72 business hours of order (after 3PM PST is considered the next business day).

Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on Monday. NOTE: There are no shipments or deliveries on holidays and weekends. Morning Sun Jewelry ships only within the U.S.A. Our administrative hours are M-F 9:30AM-4PM PST.

Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect their package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

Time in transit to your shipment destination will determine your arrival date.

Returns

Our 10-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure you made the right decision. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 10 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. It's that simple.

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Morning Sun Jewelry), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

For security reasons, do not write "Jewelry" anywhere on the outside of the box.
